 CONDITIONS
    • reservations must be confirmed with a 25% deposit
    • On the day of arrival the full amount must be settled.
    • The 25 % deposit will be used as a material deposit during your stay and returned on departure on the condition that the house and it´s belongings are left as found on arrival.
    • Cancellation within 15 days of arrival may cause you to lose your deposit.
    • A weekend booking is from 6.00pm Friday  until 7pm Sunday.
    • One week booking is from 6pm Saturday to the following saturday10.00am.
    • The arrival times are flexible according to availability.
    • Credit cards are not accepted.
    • No pets allowed.
